The Guest House is located in a quiet area of Liepāja, 400 m from the picturesque coastline with white sandy beaches, close to a shopping centre. The city centre is 15 minutes away on foot. The house offers up to 6 sleeping places plus 4 more in a smaller house — making it ideally suited for a large family with children as well as a group of friends.
The property consists of a main house with 6 sleeping places and a summer house (the summer house is rented out ONLY during the summer period from May 1st to September 30th) with 4 sleeping places. There is also a large parking area for 2 cars, an equipped terrace, and a barbecue area. Cable TV and internet, a set of dishes, and bed linen are included.
House
The main house has everything you need for a comfortable stay - two bedrooms, a living room, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bedroom 1 - 160 cm double bed, cot and wardrobe
Bedroom 2 One single bed (90 cm), one bunk bed (90 cm, for two children or adults), a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a cot.
Living room - double sofa, wardrobe, TV
Satellite TV and internet, crockery and bed linen.
Cozy outdoor terrace and barbecue facilities. Parking for 2 cars.
In summer, a small house with 4 sleeping places is also available:
Bedroom 1 – A double bed (180 cm) and a dining table.
Bedroom 2 – One single bed (90 cm)
Bedroom 3 – One bed (140 cm)

Toilet and Shower
Heating
Heating is only available in the main house. In winter, the heating is automatically controlled by a computer. If necessary, you can change the temperature yourself with the remote control in the kitchen.
If necessary, an electric heater can be switched on in the summer house.
Water supply / sewerage
Water supply is centralized. Outside the house there is a tap with water supply from the parking side.
Electricity
Electricity and sockets comply with the European standard, the mains voltage is 220-250 V.
It is forbidden to use non-standard electrical appliances (kettle, heaters, etc.).
Internet
High speed optical internet (100 Mb / sec). All rooms have Ethernet sockets and a Wi-Fi network.
TV
The house has a living room with cable TV. The TV has an internet connection. In the house you will find an ironing board and an iron.
Bathroom
The house has a combined shower and toilet.
Kitchen and equipment
There is a washing machine in the kitchen which is plugged in and ready to use. you will also find an ironing board, an iron and a vacuum cleaner in the house. Hair dryer available.
Gaz heating boiler, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric stove, dish set.
Grill
For grilling, a barbecue with a table is available.
Parking, gates
The parking lot is equipped for two cars, its size is 4 × 11 m. Illuminated by spotlight.
Trash
Trash is removed every Friday from 7:00 to 8:00
Smoking
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.
